DESCRIPTION
Product obtained by dehydration of whole milk by spray system.
INGREDIENTS
Gluten free whole goat milk powder.
ELABORATION
The sanitized milk is pasteurized and concentrated to 48% solids in a triple effect falling film evaporator. It is then pumped to the drying chamber, where it is atomized by a rotating disk and dried by hot sanitary air. The dehydrated milk particles pass to a vibrofluidizer where they are further conditioned in size and moisture.

Color:
Uniform coloration, characteristic yellowish white. Odor:
Characteristic, fresh.
Flavor:
Characteristic, not rancid, not acid, similar to fluid milk. Appearance:

Storage conditions and shelf life
Recommendations for storage and use:
Keep the container closed in a cool, dry and dark place (between 15 and 20 ºC). Once opened, use clean and dry utensils for handling.
Shelf life:
The shelf life of powdered milk has been established at 12 months, provided the storage conditions are respected and there are no signs of damage or deterioration.
Reconstitution of the product:
To reconstitute the product, dissolve 100 g of powdered milk in one liter of water previously boiled and cooled to approximately 50 ºC. Shake to facilitate its total dissolution. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated (between 2 and 8 ºC).
